Success In MLMWhat is the secret to success in MLM? I get asked this all the time and my answer is always the same: “The secret to success in MLM, whether it’s warm market or cold marketing MLM prospecting, is to learn the skills of our business.”

If we’re going to achieve any level of success in MLM, then we’re going to need to learn a new skill set.

While I’m a huge proponent of warm marketing MLM prospecting, in this post, I’m going to teach you one of the basic skills of cold market prospecting and how to have prospects eating out of the palm of your hand and asking you about your MLM Network Marketing business.

MLM Prospecting: Why Cold Market Prospecting?

Let me first start off by saying that I’m a  HUGE proponent of warm market MLM prospecting – unlike many other Network Marketing leaders and trainers out there, I believe that true success in MLM starts with a good foundation and I believe that warm market MLM prospecting is at the core of this foundation.

Here’s the cold hard truth: We all have great things to say about our Network Marketing and MLM business – but if our friends and family (warm market MLM prospecting) don’t like what we’re saying and doing, then what makes us think that strangers are going to like it any better?

True success in MLM boils down to one thing and one things only: SKILLS. Bottom line, if we’re going to be successful in our MLM prospecting, then we’re going to have to learn the skills.

Back to the original question: Why cold market MLM prospecting? Here’s why: Our sphere of influence is very limited – but everyday we’re coming in contact with people that may be open-minded to the idea of having a home based business. Many times the folks that achieve the top level of success in MLM have learned how to attract an endless stream of hot MLM prospects by learning a few simple skills that attract cold market prospects like a magnet.

Achieve Success In MLM With The Principle Of Reaction

The principle of reaction is based on the fact that most people don’t have free will. Most people react to their circumstances, they react to things people to say to them, and they react to things that are going on around them.

I don’t mean to offend anyone and yes, I understand that people ‘technically’ do have free will – but most people don’t use it. They’re reactive.

Once we understand the principle of reaction, then we can apply a specific skill to make MLM prospecting and success in MLM that much easier.
